The Pecora-Deck 802 FC Base Coat is a fast cure, 100% solids, low VOC, very low odour, elastomeric, two-part cold applied chemically curing liquid deck coating that cures to form a flexible, resilient, seamless waterproofing membrane. The 802 FC Base Coat is part of a multicoat system designed to protect wearing surfaces, concrete or plywood, from vehicular and pedestrian traffic abrasion. Can be used for both interior and exterior applications.
