Contest Rules & Details are:
1. Prizes available:
- Grand Prize: 1 grand prize of $500 in-store credit
- Consolation Prizes: 3 merchandise-based giveaways
- Other Prizes: 10 other prizes of $10 prepaid coffee shop cards
2. You must complete the survey online or by hard copy in one of our stores with your correct contact information. Surveys must be completed no later than June 30, 2021.
3. Winners will be selected by random draw from the entire pool of entries. The draw takes place in the month of July. Your chances of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
4. Only one entry per customer.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Prizes available only for those businesses operating in Ontario, Canada.
7. Upon claiming your prize, a skill testing question may be required.
